Stephahn is a NCCPT certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who uses a combination of HIIT, metabolic training, and stress management techniques to produce positive end results.
Stephahn has had extensive experience working with clients who are new to working out or hesitant to start a workout regiment. He offers a variety of trainings including (but not limited to): sport specific training, weight loss, muscle development, and recovery programs.
Stephahn's goal is to help clients feel strong, healthy, confident, and most of all, happy with their overall lifestyle.
